Indomen has wide range of fuel fired and electrically heated Bogie Hearth Furnace. Indomen has a full range of Bogie Hearth Furnace up to a capacity up to 300 MT to offer to Power Sector, Foundry, Pressure Vessels, Heavy Structural, Forgings and other metal industries with temperature range of 150 Ã‚°C to 1350 Ã‚°C. These furnaces can be offered with single/double doors with single/double bogies to meet the customerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s requirement. In case of bigger furnaces an intermediate door is provided to divide a large furnace in two parts/chambers facilitate the furnace utilization fully or partially as per requirement. The material are loaded on the bogie with the help of EOT crane or any mechanical arrangement and the loaded bogie is pushed into the furnace on rails through electromechanical rack and pinion or rope and drum type bogie drive arrangements. The furnaces can also be offered with Ciro-rollers type bogie drive arrangement. After the reheating/heat treatment operation, the bogie can be taken-out from the furnace and material can be unloaded for further process. Fuel fired furnaces are fired with reputed high efficiency burners supported by a full complement of combustion system consisting of combustion fan, atomizing fan, oil heating and pumping systems and/or gas trains. The furnace can be provided with electrical heating through heat resistant Strip/Wire/hair-pin heating elements located along with the side/back walls/roof of the furnace. The heating elements of the furnace are suitably divided into number of heating zones with each zone of having their bank of heater. To improve fuel efficiency, waste heat recovery system is provided for heating combustion air up to 150- 500 Ã‚°C is provided for furnaces beyond application temperature of 800-1350 Ã‚°C. For customers requiring even more fuel efficiency, Regenerative burners can be offered that can give an air preheat of 1000 Ã‚°C or more.
